Refund policy

  • We at Kainaat do not accept any refund or exchange on any purchases.
  • All sales are final.
  • If you require a refund or and exchange because you no longer need or want a product. We will not offer you a refund or an exchange.
  • If the courier company mails back your order to us. It means that you have failed to pay duties and taxes on your order. You are then still not eligible for any refunds or credits.
  • If you have sent the wrong mailing address and you did not notify us directly. We will not refund you the value of your order and the delivery fees as we are not responsible for the false delivery address.
  • We will not offer you refund if the colour of any item/s  do not match your outfit. You need to provide us with a clear picture of your outfit for customised sets.


We will however offer a refund in the following circumstances:


  • Your order arrived damaged in the mail. You will need to send us a high quality photograph of the product as proof that it arrived damaged in the mail within two(2) to eight (8) hours of delivery. If you have sent us proof of damaged goods after eight (8) hours we nor the courier companies will be held responsible for recompensing you. (WE NEED TO SEE T&C’S OF CC)


  • We sent  you the wrong item. Depending on the circumstance and what you specified or purchased. If we have send you the wrong item we will take full responsibility and pay for the new delivery delivery and the fee to send us back the wrong order.


  • For bangles: We sent you the wrong size OR you knew what bangle size you were but you were wrong. It is absolutely difficult to size bangles virtually. If you do end up receiving  a set that does not fit we will be happy to exchange your set to the correct size. You will need to give us a correct size using our sizing chart. In this case we will cover all delivery costs. For some reason the bangles size you ordered and the size provided does not end up fitting you. In that case you will be responsible for dealing with delivery charges for the exchange.
